Mike Smith Serves Up Some Fine Stories from Fine Food Australia

Mike Smith walked the exhibition hall at Fine Food Australia where he found celebrity chef DAN HONG, who has opened some of Sydney’s most exciting dining destinations under hospitality group Merivale. Today, he is Executive Chef of multiple Merivale restaurants across Sydney, including the modern Asian diner Ms. G’s, Sushi-E at establishment, Queen Chow Enmore, Cantonese powerhouse Mr Wong and the most recently opened MuMu at Ivy which is inspired by Southeast Asian Street food. Mike also chats with Pie Reviewer Shaun Pyne who was at the event to help judge the best Aussie Meat Pie.
