Mike Soper: From contractor to wholesaling over 100 properties in a year

Mike Soper is a Harford County Maryland based business owner. Mike started in the construction field following in his families footsteps before starting his own construction company. At a very young age, Mike started flipping properties using private money loans and his knowledge of remodeling homes.  After a few years of success in the flipping world, Mike decided to start marketing for off market properties. This year Mike is set to flip close to 150 contracts.
