CONGRATULATIONS! to Mike Streator, Assistant Fire Chief of The Oberlin Fire Department, the K96 and Marblehead Soap Company First Responder of The Week! Mike was nominated by Andrew and here is what Andrew had to say: "Mike has served with Oberlin fire since 1998 working up from part time to full time driver to full time lieutenant to battalion chief and now has is the assistant fire chief of Oberlin for past couple years. Mike has shown the community that guys in turnout gear isn't scary by going to schools and teaching the younger generation what we do and what to do if something happens. Mike also helps the college out by teaching college students how to use a fire extinguisher which has saved many dorms by teaching them that. During his service at Oberlin fire department he also worked for lifecare ambulance as a paramedic." Mike wins a gift card from the Marblehead Soap Company!
