Edoardo has only been in Edinburgh for a week and we managed to get him on for a podcast to hear about his exciting new adventure with Scotch at the Balmoral in Edinburgh.We've nearly interviewed everyone who's either worked or still working behind the bar at Scotch. But Edoardo is the first person we've had on who hasn't even started yet.Growing up in Italy, it took Edoardo some time before he moved to London and fell in love with the wonderful world of whisky. He's spent time working at the world renowned whisky bar - Milroy's - where he was the General Manager, started his own whisky tasting company, and spent some time as a 'Master Blender'.This was a great fun to record and we had some lovely drams to go with it.Cheers Hosted on Acast.
