Miles Scott Signs Rookie Contract with Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos have officially begun securing their 2026 draft class by signing safety Miles Scott to a four-year rookie contract. As the first member of the new crop of players to finalize his deal, Scott brings a reputation for physicality and defensive instincts developed during his collegiate career at Illinois. Beyond this primary signing, the team also reached agreements with other late-round selections, including tight ends Dallen Bentley and Justin Joly, as well as linebacker Red Murdock. While the roster evolves with these fresh additions, the organization also celebrated the retirement of longtime All-Pro safety Justin Simmons. Overall, these reports highlight a significant period of roster transition as the franchise integrates young talent following the draft.
