Military-Inspired Multi-T Dressing Moves Toward Civilian EMS Use

Developed alongside military veterans for special operations teams, the device was designed to look like simple tape while offering high-strength occlusion at a fraction of the pressure required by traditional tourniquets like the CAT. McGuire explained how testing on fresh cadavers at Wake Forest University helped earn FDA clearance, clearing a path for the product to transition from military field use to civilian first responders.
