Milkcrates&Microphones presents episode.23, the tournament to crown the most iconic rapper of the 90's. Before we get into that, we get the show started like we always do with This Week In Hip Hop. January 24, 1995 bay area rap star Too Short released the very influential record "Cocktails", we discuss how this record and Too Short in general affected the west coast hip hop scene. Then we get into the tournament thats loaded with an all star bracket minus a few of the obvious favorites. Followed by a throw it down Thursday freestyle session, Matt introduces a new segment called "feel the rhythm fill in the line" and well, lets just say it doesn't go exactly as planned.
