Millennials finding Success in NYC Real Estate

Millennials who have entered the NYC real estate market have found varying degrees of success.  While some have been able to achieve their goals of finding great real estate opportunities, homeownership or starting their own business, others have faced challenges due to high competition and rising housing costs.  Overall, success in NYC real estate is dependent on various factors, including financial stability, a tech-savvy nature, strong market knowledge, and a willingness to take calculated risks, and preference for urban living.   We have several young real estate agents here today and we will break down their successes.
