Millennials, Slow is smooth & smooth is fast, "Slow Down"

Many times I was unaware of the suffering of those around me because I was so focused on my goals. That hurt my relationships with people and hurt me in the long run because they where to hurt to further support me. I've always had problems emotionally connecting to other people beyond a surface level and I know this podcast will allow me to do that. The release of "Slow Down" is personal because its one of few songs where I talk about life deeply and in depth publicly.
