Million Man March: Waste of Time or Necessary Call-to-Action?

from Mental Dialogue

On 10/10/15 MINISTER LOUIS FARRAKHAN led another MARCH ON WASHINGTON to commemorate the 20 year anniversary of the original MILLION MAN MARCH on 10/16/95.  MD brings on an attendee to both marches to discuss the effectiveness of either march and why he attended.  Some have been critical of these symbolic marches and suggest they do nothing to advance the lot of African-Americans in America.  The media coverage also seemed minimal and some suggest that was intentional since the media rarely shows Black people in a positive light.  While others contend the lack of media coverage was due to the minimal interest shown by Blacks in the march itself.  Also each and every Saturday at the top of the 2nd Hour (11:00-11:15) we bring on a financial expert for the MONEY & POWER 15.
