So today we're very lucky to be joined by Christine McKay. Christine is a seasoned executive. She's a Harvard MBA, which of course is important to me being a Bostonian, seasoned executive and negotiator. She is an international business professional. She has done business in 53 countries, maybe even more by now an international speaker, an author, and a former adjunct professor. Christine, thank you so much for being here today. You are a part four of our millionaire mastermind series. Oh thank you, Christine, I'm so excited and I love your name, obviously; That could not go without saying. It's such an honor to be here. I love this topic. This is just really exciting, and I'm really excited for you and what you're doing. And I think you are just blazing trails, it's awesome. Thank you so much. That was nice of you to say. So you're a negotiator and I can think of a lot of reasons why a negotiator would be part of a millionaire mastermind series, but I think for us, for you its even more, right? I mean, why, why do you feel that you're a good choice for the millionaire mastermind series? Well, I mean, negotiation is something that is, it's something that we do every single day and I've been doing it. I've been doing it professionally now for almost 30 years. And I'm always struck by how afraid people are to negotiate. How the emotions that come out when the topic of negotiation is raised. I was recently talking to somebody and he got really like freaked out. I mean, he clenched his fists closed off his body. And it was like, how can you talk about this topic? Its so combative. But the thing is that negotiation is about relationships. And I mean, I'm very fortunate. I've been married to the man of my dreams for 27 years and, and the deal that we entered into when we first got married, is not entirely the same deal that we have today. We've changed, we've grown, our kids are grown and out on their own. And, and so things change, but in our, in our professional world, we often don't give ourselves latitude to change. So there are kind of a number of different aspects of negotiation, but the hardest part of every negotiation is a negotiation that happens between our ears. And so when you talk about a millionaire mindset, right, the way that that negotiation that we can have in our own head is so critical to setting us up for what we're going to achieve over the long term.
