She talks about the evolution of that project and the various types of educational opportunities she's able to offer. Later, Mimi discusses the growth of Oregon wine and of global wine education, and what she sees for the future. This interview was conducted by Rich Schmidt on February 4, 2022 at Wine and Spirit Archive in Portland.
