With close to 20 years of senior experience in four continents, he brings to the table a well-refined cross-cultural mentoring capacity and a managerial acumen in both not-for-profit and business contexts. A passionate and skillful transformational coach, he is on the faculty of The School of Life and an associate of the Asian Leadership Institute. Currently based in Melbourne, Australia, he founded the Happy Habits coaching & training outfit to deliver fit-for-purpose and science-based EQ, resilience and mind-fitness training programs to senior executives and teams.
