Mind V Be-ing

from Spontaneous Evolution · host Gav

I'm becoming fascinated to watch how we use our minds to try to experience higher states, which is impossible. The mind deals with information, the Being experiences, yet humans seem conditioned to continuously bypass the Experiencer in search of further information. It's a hamster wheel of continual seeking and processing. As soon as one piece of information is processed or as many people say "understood" or "figured out", the mind moves on to the next puzzle. Meanwhile the Experiencer is fully plugged in, alert, awake, but ignored as all attention goes to the stories and puzzles of the mind. Your mind is the creator and single greatest barrier to your own awakening, yet the mind is what you fully trust and depend on. How fascinating is that!
