" A man is known by the company he keeps", said Aesop. A person is as good as the people he/she is surrounded by. The kind of people we associate with has a great influence on our thoughts and actions. They can either Make us or Break us, Make us Better or Bitter. According to Dr, David McClelland of Harvard University, the single most important factor in success is our 'Reference group' which consists of the people we associate with. These are the people we live with, work with and interact regularly. One must be extremely careful and selective about their associations as life is all about the choices we make.
