Mindful Eating.

from Such Sweet Thunder Meditation Podcast. · host Christopher Luard

Here is a brief guide into a mindful exploration of food. Typically one follows this with a raisin, a small fruit or nut, or a piece of chocolate. This type of exploration can be a great opening into beginner's mind, or the mind of Not Knowing. Both are very helpful in cultivating a continuity of mindful and heartful awareness.  Meditation can be challenging at times. Occasionally we may experience things which surprise as a result.
