A qualified health and lifestyle coach, as well as a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher, Prof. Rivers has significantly shaped business education through leadership roles at Surrey and contributions as Associate Editor for the Journal of Management Education and reviewer for renowned organizations. She currently chairs the Teaching and Learning Conference Academy of Management and serves on its executive board for the Management Education and Development Division. Prof. Rivers holds a National Teaching Fellowship from Advance HE UK and has been honored by the British Academy of Management and others.
