Join Avalon, founder of One Minute Calm, at the Fountain of Eternal Life, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.  This is a special on location Walk and Talk of our Mindfulness Summer Tour 2022. This fountain was actually not part of the original sets for our Cleveland tour but stumbling upon it...it was beautiful. The fountain inspired me to talk about getting out and enjoying beauty, getting out and enjoying places, getting out and enjoying life, because of this place I had just discovered.  It was only after the recording of the video and episode that I found out it was call the Fountain of Eternal Life.  This is the essence of what I am looking to convey to you in my mindfulness tour and mindfulness teachings.  When you are out in the world, stop to recognize something you find beautiful and take time to look at it, examine it, and learn about it.  Not only will you be enriched with this knowledge, you'll have a special memory to share.
