Mindset For Entrepreneurs & Leaders

In today's episode, we will discuss the importance of mindset for all Entrepreneurs and Leaders.  Our brains are wired for SAFETY... to try to protect us from risk and harm. This is the software that was automatically installed in your brain! We have to start uninstalling this software so we can put a NEW way of operating into our way of being. First and foremost, we need to have a curiosity mindset... which means we are geared toward learning. We all need to look for opportunities to look for new skills and new abilities that allow us to add more value to the people around us. If your knowledge doesn't change over time, you will actually be going backwards because you are STUCK in time.  Next, it's important for us to protect a mindset of gratitude. We need to shift from a position of expectation to appreciation! People that have a gratitude mindset are more joyful and feel far more secure. They are far more fulfilled than those who walk in entitlement!  Third - we need an abundance mindset! When you have an abundance mindset, you are getting rid of scarcity and fear... which will help you walk in the revelation that you can actually go out and CREATE more! Finally, you need an exponential mindset. We are going to not only grow 10X ... but we are going to grow 100X over the next 10 to 20 years. Things are accelerating - will you accelerate with them?
