Today Jake and Gino talk with Gary Van Warmerdam, Gary is a successful entrepreneur, engineer, and author with a wealth of knowledge in transforming mindsets for greater happiness. His newest book "MindWorks"  Gary talks about what happiness is and how to shape your external and internal environments in order to achieve these goals. The guys go over the archetypes defined within "MindWorks: a practical guide for changing thoughts, beliefs, and emotions" while Gary provides a bit of much needed therapy to Jake & Gino.  Gary takes us through the mindset change that occurred while in the ROTC that lead him to taking massive action. This put him on a new path gave giving him more autonomy, extreme ownership, and fulfillment. He describes his journey with Miguel Ruiz, his mentor and teacher.  In the podcast Gary identifies the different layers of emotions and thoughts that shape a persons world and their experiences.
