Our “C” word this week is Care, which in the C You In The Major Leagues vernacular means someone who puts others first, evaluates everyone honestly, and understands everyone’s impact. This week’s guest certainly fits that.For the majority of Mindy Garrett’s career -- about 13 years -- she was a vice president and then senior vice president in human resources in North America and internationally with Swiss Re, followed by a brief stint as the Director of HR Consulting with Cerner.
