Mindy Segal is all about making the ordinary extraordinary. She opened her first restaurant, Hot Chocolate, back in 2005, after honing her craft in some of Chicago’s top restaurants. Today, she’s at the helm of Mindy’s Bakery in Wicker Park, and her most recent project is Mindy’s Edibles, a line of infused gummies and chocolates.
