Mini: Paul Tarashuk

On September 10, 2018 EMT personnel and police responded to a phone call of a truck driver reporting that a naked man was on top of his vehicle. This man was Paul Tarashuk. After being examined, an officer drops Paul off at a nearby gas station. Shortly after, Paul was struck by a driver and was pronounced dead at the scene.
