(45ml) White Rum 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice 1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Fresh Lime Juice 1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Grenadine Rim: Pink Sugar Garnish: Lime Wheel Directions: Rim edge of martini glass with corn syrup and pink sugar. Set aside. In an iced filled glass combine white rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and grenadine. Strain mix into glass and garnish with lime wheel. ***** Strain of the Evening: Grape Cinex

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. (45ml) White Rum
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Grenadine
Rim: Pink Sugar
Garnish: Lime Wheel

Directions:

Rim edge of martini glass with corn syrup and pink sugar. Set aside.
In an iced filled glass combine white rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and grenadine.
Strain mix into glass and garnish with lime wheel.
