Today after delivering some photos in the rain, I reflected on how a company like Amazon is one of the most valuable companies in the world. It's because of their obsession with the customer. I think that all of us should like that to the best of our abilities and this will yield so much results for us. It takes practice, it's hard, but trust me when I say, it works if you're playing for the long term.
