This helps to decrease tension & pointless arguments and increase clarity & relaxation. We can resolve marriages and all kinds of fractured situations by taking the first step of shifting personal behavior. This is how we break the bonds of generational trauma and begin the restoration process of rebuilding trust and happiness within relationships!
