María Isabel Salvador, Ministra Presidenta del Consejo de Gobierno de Galápagos, indicó que para compensar la ausencia del buque de carga San Cristóbal, se habilitará el ingreso de una embarcación privada y se gestionará con el Ministerio de Defensa el envío de carga a las islas en el avión logístico de la Fuerza Aérea Ecuatoriana.
