In ministry, the secret to greatness according to Matthew 23:11-12 above is to have a humble attitude of service like Jesus did.As Jesus said in verse 11, “The greatest among you will be your servant.” Five characteristics of Christ-like servants include:(1) Servants love, (2) Servants know who they are, (3) Servants meet needs, (4) Servants serve imperfect people, and (5)Servants are humble. The kind of ministry that God loves is humble service that meets people’s needs.Today, Pastor Bob Paddock talks about how important ministry is to not only the church, but also for individual believers as well.
