The issue of wearing second hand fur is that it promotes real fur fashion. Wearing real fur in public may encourage someone to buy a brand-new real fur clothing item. Wearing any item made from the death of an animal is also speciesist. Give that fur coat the proper burial it deserves.In addition, some retailers that are targeted by anti fur campaigns have tried stating they want to used recycled fur. But there is often no third party verification process that traces where the fur is coming from.
