Your midday Minnesota weather update Multiple flood advisories remain in effect across Minnesota as we deal with lingering high water from last month's heavy rain and snowmelt. The most significant flooding continues along the far eastern portions of the Rainy River watershed, where water levels are still running high from the late April deluge. The Twin Cities Metro will see the first storms arrive around six-thirty this evening, with the heaviest activity between ten PM and two AM.
