Miracle For A Frozen Hand

A frozen hand. A painful rotator cuff injury. Six and a half weeks of limitation after a hard fall and even a therapist can’t move the hand without tears. Then she walks into a Sunday night encounters healing service and something happens fast. We spot her as she comes in, call her forward, and speak a simple, direct prayer in the name of Jesus that the pain will leave and healing will come. What follows is the kind of moment you don’t forget. She looks down and starts moving her hand, saying she hasn’t been able to do that at all. We ask the obvious question, “Where’s the pain?” and she answers, “It’s gone.” We also talk honestly about what she’s been dealing with, including the “cracked” feeling in her shoulder and the fact she’s been on a lot of Tylenol, while holding to the belief that when the medication wears off the pain will still be gone. This is a focused miracle testimony about Christian healing, prayer for pain relief, and the claim that Jesus still heals today.
