Miracle of the Collective (John 2:1-11)- Erina Kim-Eubanks

Pastor Erina preaches from John 2:1-11, about the first "sign" of Jesus as a miracle of the collective that subverts hierarchy and centers those who are normally on the margins. She discusses the ways that the slow, tedious, work of subversive faithfulness allows us to experience the miraculous power of God, and invites us to consider our part in that work. On MLK weekend, she also reminds us that the work and legacy of Dr. King was ultimately also part of a greater movement of faithfulness, and honors the work of the unnamed servants who took part in a collective miracle.
