Miracle Working God (Matthew 8:1-17)

Last week we saw Jesus' authoritative teaching in the Sermon on the Mount, but as you turn the page to chapter 8 we will see that he is not only authoritative in word, but also in deed. This begins a section of Scripture on the miracles of Jesus and we are faced with questions about how we should respond to miracles in our lives, but we also explore how we should respond when we don't see the miracle we are asking for.
