Miracles that Glorify God

First of 4 in a series on the Miracles of Jesus, we explore one of the most powerful truths in the miracles of Jesus: some miracles exist for one purpose — to reveal the glory of God. Walking through John 9, we meet the man born blind… a man who didn’t call out, didn’t ask for healing, and didn’t even see Jesus coming. Yet Jesus stops, sees him, and heals him — not because of sin, not because of a request, but “so the works of God might be displayed in him.” This episode unpacks: Why Jesus waited until this moment to heal him How Job’s friends made the same mistake the disciples made Why some suffering is not punishment, but preparation How God’s timing reveals His goodness, compassion, and glory How ordinary places become the stage for extraordinary grace Why your testimony still matters today If you’ve ever prayed for something for years…If you’ve ever wondered why God hasn’t moved yet…If you’ve ever questioned whether He sees you… This devotional will remind you that God’s timing is intentional, His purposes are good, and His glory is often revealed right when no one expects it. “One thing I do know: I was blind, but now I see.” May this truth strengthen your faith and open your eyes to the places where God is already at work in your life.
