Misapplying the Free Exercise Clause in Public Schools [God, Law, and Liberty]

This week the U.S. Supreme Court considered the application of the Free Exercise Clause to certain books read to elementary aged children as part of Maryland's public school curriculum for "story time." The case itself should be a warning to Christians. In 1901, Herman Bavinck explained what was going on by which he predicated the predicatment these parents find themselves in.
