Miscarriage - the real + raw

I don’t know if miscarriages are more common now or if people are starting to open up more about their experiences, but I’ll tell you one thing… miscarriage needs to be talked about more openly. Whether you are someone who is or has experienced a miscarriage or you are someone who wants to know how to be there for a loved one, I wanted to talk with you about my experience and insights.  I’m here to share with you things we don’t talk about enough, how to support someone going through this, and some of the things that a miscarriage could look like.  I’m so thankful for the support system I had and if you need me to be that for you, just know that I’m here.
