Missing in Wichita 7 Month Old Vincent Moore

July 11, 2015 was the last time anyone has seen seven month old Vincent Moore. His father Gary Moore, Jr. takes Vincent & his two year old brother during his visitation on a trip to Texas. Upon his return Vincent’s mother states Gary Moore refuses to allow her see her children & phones police. The case escalated to violated no contact orders, severed GPS court ordered monitoring & a subject fleeing to Texas. But Vincent remains missing 8 years later.
