Missing Mother Search, USS Lincoln Latest, Billy Ray Smith Jr. Celebration of Life

Family and friends of missing Oceanside woman Angelica Brophy will be back on Palomar Mountain today to continue their search for the mother, who has been missing since early July. The USS Lincoln is on it's way back to San Diego, but it is still unclear when exactly it will return to NAS North Island.
