Generally, these reports are never confirmed and it is assumed that the witness mistook the person they saw for the missing person. However, in the cases we will talk about today, the witnesses will supply certain details that make investigators take notice of these sightings. And while these missing persons cases remain unsolved to this day, these strange witness sightings caused everyone involved to look at the case in a very different light.
