Missing Surfers, Oceanside State of Emergency, Cinco De Mayo Celebrations

Mexican authorities now say they believe the four bodies found in a remote area of Santo Thomas, California belong to the three missing surfers. Oceanside has declared a local state of emergency over the fire that happened last week on the pier. San Diegans are coming together today to celebrate Cinco De Mayo.
