I did it! A year ago, I was working to just complete a 5k Spartan Sprint. This weekend, I completed over 23 miles and 70+ obstacles in the mountains. Not only did the physical work pay off, but the mental work was much more instrumental. I had to do a lot of talking to myself. I had to deal with a lot of doubt. I had to deal with a scheduling issue that not only almost ended my run but also forced me to go back out without a break.
