There is a lot of hurt and suffering in the world, and there are a lot of organizations that work to combat that suffering and spread the Gospel at the same time. It can feel overwhelming at times and many can suffer from a case of what has become known as "cause fatigue." The feeling of being so overwhelmed by the volume of suffering that the individual ends up doing nothing to help for fear that they cannot make a difference.
