MISSIONARY GAMBIT

from Evangelion · host V.C.Kravitz

The Apostle Paul’s transformative teachings on baptism, death, and resurrection form the bedrock of modern Christianity, yet Jesus himself never preached these specific concepts. Discover Paul's ingenious "grandmaster move" as he artfully synthesized Jesus' unique historical resurrection with familiar themes of dying and rebirth found in pervasive Greco-Roman mystery cults. This strategic translation made Christianity relatable and accessible to millions, propelling its spread across the Roman Empire. Join us to explore this pivotal historical development and its profound implications for understanding the "living Jesus" and his original message of salvation through purity of heart
