Missouri Lands Dual-Threat LB Kobe Rhymes

Missouri football just landed a major recruiting win with three-star linebacker Kobe Rhymes, who chose the Tigers over Miami, Alabama, and Ohio State. Standing 6’1” and packing 220 pounds, Rhymes is a defensive force with 48 solo tackles and 12.5 tackles for loss last season — plus he’s a running back who rushed for 618 yards and 9 TDs. The 2027 class now has 11 commitments, including Rhymes, who’s the second linebacker and one of five local Missouri recruits. This is a serious building block for Mizzou’s future.
