Missouri Prison Research Program Promotes Calmer, Safer Facilities

Four Missouri prisons are trying out a prison reform technique aimed at creating a calmer, safer environment. University of Missouri Social Work Professor Kelli Canada says they’re using methods that worked well in Scandinavian prisons.
