Missouri Tigers' Edge Rusher Reset: Newcomers & Returnees

The Missouri Tigers edge rusher unit is undergoing a significant overhaul in 2026, with no returning starters. Despite this, theyve bolstered their roster with five transfers, a junior college player, and are relying on key returnees. Darris Smith, a former Georgia transfer, is the clear starter, having played the most snaps last season. Beyond him, competition is fierce among newcomers like Kamauryn Morgan and Jaeden Jones, as well as younger players like Daeden Hopkins, DeMarcus Johnson, CJ May, and Malik Bryant.
