Mistborn Spoilers 41 - TFE Chapter 38 & Epilogue

We read Alendi's final journal entry before he is murdered in his sleep by Rashek. While Vin attacks the Lord Ruler, (Inquisitor) Marsh murders a group of unsuspecting Inquisitors while they have their back turned by pulling out a specific spike in their backs. Marsh thinks he can kill the Lord Ruler by removing the correct spike like the Inquisitors, but Rashek built that flaw into his tools on purpose, and of course never gave himself the same one. We'll spend a little time talking about how the Lord Ruler did indeed save the world, and why what Vin is about to do dooms it.
