Mitch Nowakowski gives an update on Heritage Point; proposal to ban teens from festivals

There appear to be promising signs for Heritage Point, the waterfront project that's been stalled for more than a year. Also, a proposal to ban teens 17 and under from festivals in Buffalo is making its way through city government. Council member Mitch Nowakowski tells us about the progress being made on both issues.
