Mitchell Hemphill: Self-leadership, starting in a new school and the importance of embracing leadership diversity

It is my great pleasure to re-introduce Mitchell Hemphill. Mitchell is s school principal and leader from Canada. The first time we spoke I was about a year ago and we discussed Finding your purpose, learning to listen and developing a cohesive school community.
