Mixed Media - S2E76

Episode 76 of the “High Regard Show,” “Mixed-Media," is just that, a mixed bag in which Tom and Nikki chat about everything from why the Hayden Planetarium in New York should follow its Boston counterpart's lead and bring back music-themed space shows for stoners and space lovers alike, their thoughts on the nut-heavy ballet, how Netflix's "Abstract: The Art of Design" gave them a much-needed creative shot to the arm and — meow meow — they let the cat out of the bag on their secret creative project, "High Regard Show Presents." In "Roly Poly Roarty," Tom reveals he's thisclose to being down 100 pounds — six months ahead of schedule no less! — and the segment Nikki called "two snorts worthy" also includes a tangent about "Lord of the Rings." “Roly Poly Roarty” segment: 45:26:37 Check back for new “High Regard Show” shows every Monday on SoundCloud and iTunes (please be sure to follow and rate us)!
